There's a new way to receive care from Plasticity Brain Centers. The Gardiner Scholarship Program, through the Florida Department of Education, provides children with developmental disorders, rare diseases, traumatic brain injuries, and certain learning disabilities with funds for education, educational supplies, and health-related therapy services.

Plasticity Brain Centers has been approved as a reimbursable therapeutic healthcare provider by the Gardiner Scholarship Program to treat recipients of the scholarship.

Living with neurological struggles like concussions, cerebral palsy, autism, and others remains a challenge for many individuals and their families. Plasticity Brain Centers treats various neurological conditions including brain injuries, developmental and learning disorders, cerebral palsy, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, and movement disorders. The treatments have the ability to reduce symptoms, improve function, and restore quality of life for those with neurological conditions, without the use of invasive procedures or prescription medications.

Plasticity Brain Centers applies a science-based and research-supported approach to treating neurological conditions. The primary method is referred to as neuroplasticity, the concept that your brain can continue to adapt throughout your entire life, and that through these changes, the brain has the ability to improve its function, repair, or heal itself. The general treatment program lasts five days, is individually tailored to the patients, and provides life-changing results.

The Gardiner Scholarship Program provides children, who are residents of Florida, with funding for education, educational supplies, and health-related therapy services. Children are eligible from age 3 to 12th grade (or 22 years of age, whichever comes first) in an eligible Florida private school or home education program. Students enrolled in public school are not eligible, this includes the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, Florida Virtual School (as a public school student), College-Preparatory Boarding Academy, a developmental research school, a district charter school, a district virtual education program (as a public school student), Florida Voluntary Pre-kindergarten, and students enrolled in a school operating for the purposes of providing educational services to youth in the Department of Juvenile Justice commitment programs.

To qualify for the scholarship, the child must also have been diagnosed with one of the following disabilities: anaphylaxis, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, deaf, Down syndrome, dual sensory impaired, high-risk child, hospitalized or homebound, intellectual disability, muscular dystrophy, Phelan-McDermid syndrom, Prader-Willi syndrome, rare diseases, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury, visually impaired, or Williams syndrome.
